Applicants should be graduates with Master's in market research or Clincal Psychology with 5 - 9 years experience. Duties involve:• To support SM/Communication & Planning in development of strategic plans communication direction for Etisalat.
• Ensure that all branding communication is in line with objectives as determined through marketresearch.
• To be the central interface between research, translating market research findings into actionable recommendations.
• To develop indices, standards and benchmarks from consumer feedback metrics as well as qualitative inputs, which provide a deductive as well as projective direction for all MARCOM activities.
• To provide MARCOM with a proactive qualitative edge over competition through better actionable recommendations, and better understanding of consumers’ needs and wants, as determined through market(ing) research.
• To project changing consumer behavior & trends through the analyses of market research reports.

Applicanst should be graduates in computer scienece / engineering with more than 5 years experience in a managerial role.Knowledge of Problem Management process with Root Cause analysis methodology and ITIL foundation certification. Knowledge and experience in Held Desk management software i.e. HP OVSD and reporting tools. Overrall knowledge of Windows, UNIX operating systems, associated applications and databases.
