Description: The Corporation developed an integrated training program in an endeavour to enhance holders of Diploma and HCT Certificates of all specialzations so that they would equip them with the academic and professional skills required for their impending positions. The approach of this training program comprises on-job training, class room training and workshops.
Training Program's Period: The minimum training period for holders of Diploma and HCT Certificate is one year comprising of two stages.
Second Phase: The second stage involves a specialized on-job training program which allows them to explore the job they are going to occupy upon completion of training. Further, the trainee is given ample opportunities to particpate in courses, seminars, programs, internal and external conferences, etc. relevant to their specialization and job requirements.
Conditions: B7Applicant should be a UAE National.
B7Diploma or Certificate holder from a recongnized Institute or Higher Colleges.
B7Pass the writtent test and the personal interview.
B7Medically Fit.
Documents Required: B7Academic Certificate duly recognized/equated by Ministry of Higher Education alongwith the transcripts.
B7Copy of Passport & Khulasat Al Khaid
B74 Passport Size Coloured Photographs.
